Get some credit for all your hard work. ReachFactor has just launched Check Ins, a new feature to help you showcase how active you've been to buyer and seller prospects. All Check Ins will show up in an 'activity feed' on your ReachFactor profile to prospective buyers and sellers.
A "Check In" is a record of your visit to any property in ReachFactor's database. Every time you hold a showing of one of your listings be sure to "Check In" using your cell phone. A record of this showing is then recorded on your ReachFactor profile for buyers & sellers to see.
Agent profiles on ReachFactor are viewed by thousands of prospective buyers and sellers every month. These prospects really want to get a sense for what others have said about you and how active you are. When you display Check Ins you leave a record of actual activity, distinguishing you from your competition.
You've done 30 showings this week alone. That's a lot of work. You know that most agents in your neighborhood are probably not even 1/2 as active. The problem is that consumers don't know this. On the surface, a part-time agent and you appear to put in the same amount of effort. You're all sales associates after all. How unfair is that?!
A Check In is a factual record of a visit to a property from a cell phone. An agent who is not active will never have Check Ins and there's no way to fake it. This is a way for you to instantly distinguish yourself from them.
Check Ins are free for all ReachFactor customers.

Start by adding all your listings into ReachFactor and Check-in to those properties when you visit them. With every Check-in you move higher in ReachFactor's real estate agent directory search results.
We launched Check Ins to give active agents a reputation boost and to help consumers really find the right agent for them.
This is just version 1.0. There's a lot more coming soon. We'll keep you updated. If you have feedback please email it to support@reachfactor.com
